1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the programs, classes, and services provided by ZeniusTech Setia Alam (“ZeniusTech”, “we”, “us”). By booking a trial class, enrolling a student, or attending any of our robotics, coding, or S.T.E.A.M. programs, you agree to these Terms. Our centre is located at 4-3-1, Jalan Setia Prima C U13/C, Setia Alam, Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.

2. Enrolment & Trial Classes

Free trial classes are subject to availability and must be booked in advance via WhatsApp or our website.
Trial classes are limited to one per student and carry no obligation to enrol.
Enrolment in a paid program is confirmed only after the relevant fees are paid and a spot is allocated by our centre.
We reserve the right to decline enrolment where a class is full or where a program is not a suitable fit for the student.

3. Fees & Payment

Program fees, schedules, and payment terms are communicated at the time of enrolment.
Fees must be paid in full before the start of the enrolled program unless an instalment plan has been agreed in writing.
Payments are non-transferable and apply only to the enrolled student and term.
We reserve the right to revise fees for future terms with reasonable notice.

4. Class Attendance & Scheduling

Students are expected to arrive on time for scheduled classes at our Setia Alam centre.
Operating hours are Monday to Friday 5:00 PM – 7:15 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Sunday sessions are coming soon.
Missed classes may be made up subject to availability and our make-up policy. We are not obligated to provide make-up sessions for no-shows.
We may reschedule or combine classes due to public holidays, centre events, or insufficient enrolment, with reasonable notice.

5. Code of Conduct

Students, parents, and guardians are expected to behave with respect toward instructors, staff, and other students. We may suspend or terminate enrolment without refund where a student’s or guardian’s conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to others.

6. Health & Safety

We take the safety of every child seriously. Parents must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may affect a student’s participation. While we maintain a safe learning environment, parents remain responsible for ensuring their child is fit to attend. In the event of a medical emergency, we will contact the parent or emergency contact and seek appropriate medical assistance.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Free trial classes may be cancelled or rescheduled by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.
Paid program fees are generally non-refundable once a term has begun, except where a class is cancelled by us.
Refund requests for exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, curricula, project designs, branding, and content provided by ZeniusTech remain our intellectual property. Students may retain ownership of the projects they personally build during classes, but our teaching materials may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without our written permission.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, ZeniusTech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in our programs. We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged on our premises.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the latest revision date.
